Acceptance Letter
Immediately respond to all potential presenters with a Letter of Acceptance. If you don't know whether or not you will accept the paper and you need more time to read the paper and decide, do be so kind as to acknowledge receipt, at least. Send a brief note acknowledging that you have received the paper and will write again soon.
