New Rates for 2010: PCA/ACA is pleased to announce a new Early-Bird rate for the various categories of conference attendees. The goal is to encourage people to register early so that the program can be finalized sooner. The new Early-Bird rate runs through January 5. Cancellation refunds end February 15.
