Exceptions and the Rules

Rules and Exceptions for Submitting for a Proposel

• Presenters may submit only one proposal to one area at a time. (If a paper is not accepted, the proposal may be submitted to another area.)

• Individual presenters may give only one presentation per conference, except in cases where other presentations meet one or more of the following criteria: 

  1. an invited speaker/writer/poet, etc., who presents by invitation to one subject area but will deliver a paper/presentation in another area.
  2. an author presenting his or her original work and also delivering a paper/presentation in another subject area.
  3. a company, public service, or educational representative who is giving a presentation and also delivering a paper/presentation in a subject area.
