Hotel Accommodation

The accommodations for the 2012 national conference will be the Marriott Boston Copley Place.

Boston Marriott Copley Place

CLICK HERE TO REGISTER FOR LODGING AT THE MARRIOTT COPLEY PLACE

The Marriott Copley is filled or almost filled.  PCA/ACA arranged for the same number of rooms as previous years and the number of attendees is about normal, but many more people wanted hotel rooms and many decided to stay more days than usual.  While as noted the hotel is full, It is still worthwhile to try to get a room at the Marriott Copley since people cancel their reservations.  If you can’t get a room at the Copley, however, try the Boston Midtown Hotel.  The hotel is four blocks from the Copley on Huntington, the street the Copley is on.  The Boston Convention Bureau described it as a 70s hotel, clean, safe, but not particularly updated.  It has no room service.  You can peruse their website on the URL below.

The price is $149 for a single or double plus tax and $10 more for each additional person in a room.  If you would like to register at the hotel, go to www.midtownhotel.com.  In the booking code spot, type PCAACA and you will get the special rate.  Because the hotel still has to make arrangements to receive reservations, this particular bloc will not be available until Thursday afternoon, February 23rd.
